Terms and Conditions

All customers please note.

We appreciate your co-operation and understanding on the points outlined below and our agreement is formed upon receipt of the required deposit payment or formal confirmation of a booking made whereby the terms and conditions below must be adhered to. Where discounts are available only one discount will apply per booking. Please call our reception on 01524 792093 for information and bookings ~ reception opening hours are from 8am until 5pm November - March and from 8am until 6pm - April to October annually.

Group Party Organiser - Booking Terms and Conditions:

  • A 20% deposit (of the total cost) is required on all bookings. This deposit is non- refundable.
  • All our bookings are taken over the telephone / by email. Deposits must be paid over the telephone with a debit / credit card - we no longer accept cheques or amex. All credit cards (namely visa and mastercard) will carry a surcharge of 1.5%.
  • The balance is payable either on the day or by pro forma invoice (must be paid 7 days before the event).
  • Confirmation of the booking will be sent along with menu request forms which should be returned to us no later than 72hrs before arrival.
  • There is a minimum payment of 30 people per booking.
  • Menu alterations can be made up to 1 week before arrival.
  • Wyreside Lakes reserves the right to make alterations to the menus or change the guest artist only when necessary to do so.
  • When promotional discounts are enforced, the cheapest rate will be discounted.
