Welcome to Wyreside Lakes Fishery and Campsite: Wyreside Lakes is a family run business, situated in over 120 acres of farmland at the foot of the Bowland Fells in Dolphinholme Lancashire. On the estate there are 6 fishing lakes - with a superb stocking of coarse and pike and for those who appreciate peaceful walks and nature, the River Wyre meanders through the property alongside the beautiful bluebell laden Fox’s wood.
Our award winning campsite has a full range of facilities for overnight stays including grass electric pitches for caravans, campervans and motor homes and lush green fields for tents to camp on.
There is toilet and shower block, which are all free of charge to use, including a disabled / baby changing room (this room is kept locked so please ask for a key) and also an onsite shop and launderette, equipped with hairdryer and iron.
The pods are an elegant wooded structures, offering a warm, dry, safe and secure environment for families to come to no matter what the weather. The best bit is you don't have to put it up when you get here! It is very well insulated in the walls with kingspan under the floor. Choose one of our pods at Wyreside lakes for your short break or holiday and take in the calm and tranquil surroundings of the River Wyre, Bowland Fells, woodlands and many nature trails.
